What is your return policy?
We have FREE exchanges and returns for up to 30 days from the date of purchase for all domestically shipped merchandise. All returned and exchanged shoes may not be worn or altered. Pro tip: Do not remove the protective covering on the sole of your shoe(s) if you are returning or exchanging.
To begin a return please email us at email@example.com. Include your order number and reason for returning. You will receive a confirmation email with your pre-paid shipping label.
Once you receive the email, please ship the order back to us within 14 days of requesting the label. We will issue a refund to the original form of payment once we receive your goods.
- Securely repackage your shoes. Cover or remove the original mailing address labels. NOTE: Please do not use the shoebox as your shipping container.
- Ensure your shoes are properly packaged using the original stuffing.
- Affix the pre-paid shipping label to your package. Please keep a copy of our email with the tracking details of your return.
- Once your package arrives back at our distribution center, please allow up to 10 business days for us to process your return. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed.
How do I exchange an order?
If you would like to exchange your order, please process a return (see above) and note in your email what you would like in exchange. We will send out the new order 1 to 3 days after the shoes you're returning are scanned by the post office. Pro tip: A quicker way to exchange is to place a new order and return the original pair(s).
