Returns and Exchanges
We have FREE exchanges and returns for up to 30 days from the date of purchase for all domestically shipped merchandise. All returned and exchanged shoes may not be worn or altered. Pro tip: Do not remove the protective covering on the sole of your shoe(s) if you are returning or exchanging.
Email us at info@houseofzalo.com you order number and if you want to return or exchange. We will send you a return label. Once you receive the email, please ship the order back to us within 14 days of requesting the label. We will issue a refund to the original form of payment once we receive your goods.
- Securely repackage your shoes. Cover or remove the original mailing address labels. NOTE: Please do not use the shoebox as your shipping container.
- Ensure your shoes are properly packaged using the original stuffing.
- Affix the pre-paid shipping label to your package. Please keep a copy of our email with the tracking details of your return.
- Once your package arrives back at our distribution center, please allow up to 10 business days for us to process your return. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed.
